Online Individual Therapy for First-Born Daughters
Online Therapy for Anxiety, Perfectionism & Relationships
You’re the One People Rely On—But Who’s Supporting You?
You’re the planner, the decision-maker, the one who figures things out. At work, in relationships, in your family—you’re always the responsible one.
But when it comes to your own struggles, clarity feels out of reach. You overanalyze decisions, second-guess yourself, and wonder why nothing ever feels good enough.
At Restority Space, we provide online therapy for anxiety, trauma, and relationships, helping you:
✔ Stop overthinking and start trusting yourself again.
✔ Set boundaries without guilt and stop over-functioning for others.
✔ Navigate major life transitions, career stress, and relationship challenges.
This is therapy that meets you where you are—and helps you get where you want to be.
Therapy That Respects How Far You’ve Come
We’re not here to judge you. We’re not here to dictate your life. Therapy at Restority Space is about creating a structured, collaborative space where you can sort through your thoughts, recognize patterns, and start trusting yourself again.
Together, we’ll break down what’s keeping you stuck—so you can understand how your thought patterns shape your relationships, decisions, and self-perception.
We’re here to act as a mirror—so instead of overthinking every move, you start listening to your own voice with confidence.
You’ve spent your life holding it together for everyone else—this space is for you.
What Are the Benefits of Individual Therapy?
Improve Accountability & Follow Through
You thrive with a plan—but life gets in the way. You set ambitious goals—whether it’s excelling at work, improving your relationships, or prioritizing yourself—but then self-doubt, overthinking, and distractions creep in.
Therapy helps you stay on track, identify roadblocks, and actually follow through. No more setting goals you never achieve—this time, you’ll have support and structure to get there.
Develop Emotional Intelligence & Communication Skills
You can read a room instantly, but when it comes to your own emotions, things feel less clear. In therapy, we’ll unpack your thought process, challenge limiting beliefs, and strengthen your ability to regulate emotions.
This means better decision-making, clearer communication, and a stronger sense of control over your reactions.
Create a Self-Care Plan That Works for You
Self-care isn’t just about bubble baths and journaling—it’s about identifying what actually helps you feel mentally and emotionally well.
We’ll help you shift your mindset around productivity, recognize negative self-talk, and create a personalized plan that supports your mental health.
Trust Yourself Again & Stop Seeking External Validation
Years of over-functioning, gaslighting, or perfectionism can make you question your own judgment.
You might struggle to make decisions without second-guessing yourself, fearing mistakes, or seeking external validation.
Therapy is a space to rebuild trust in your own instincts—so you can stop outsourcing your confidence and start making decisions with clarity and conviction.
What Can We Work on in Therapy?
Therapy for Anxiety & Overthinking
You’ve always had high expectations for yourself—but with that comes overanalyzing, worst-case scenario thinking, and an inability to turn your brain off.
You may find yourself trapped in the Anxiety Doom Spiral, where your thoughts cycle between stress, self-doubt, and paralysis.
We’ll help you break this cycle, develop practical coping skills, and ground yourself in the present—rather than staying stuck in your head.
Therapy for Depression & Emotional Disconnect
You show up, you perform, you do what’s expected—but something feels missing. Even when you’re surrounded by people, you feel disconnected, like you’re watching life happen instead of actually living it.
Depression isn’t a failure of willpower—it’s a mental and emotional pattern that needs to be shifted.
We’ll work together to challenge negative thoughts, reconnect with yourself, and create a plan to bring joy and fulfillment back into your life.
Therapy for Major Life Transitions
A career shift, breakup, or stepping into a new stage of life can make you feel unmoored, uncertain, and out of control.
We’ll help you navigate these transitions with clarity and structure—so instead of feeling like you’re drifting, you feel grounded and in control.
Therapy for Work Stress & Burnout
You’re a high performer, someone who always goes above and beyond. But over time, constant pressure, lack of boundaries, and external validation can lead to burnout.
If you find yourself pushing through exhaustion, struggling to feel appreciated, or unable to “turn off” work mode, therapy can help you set healthier limits and create a career path that doesn’t drain you.
Therapy for Relationship & Family Conflict
You’re used to being the strong one, the cycle breaker, or the one who keeps things together.
But whether it’s a romantic partner, friendships, or family dynamics, you might feel let down, misunderstood, or unsure how to communicate what you need.
Together, we’ll work on identifying relationship patterns, setting boundaries, and developing healthier ways to connect with the people around you.
Therapy for Racial & Cultural Identity
Navigating multiple cultural expectations, family pressures, and microaggressions can take a toll on your mental health.
Therapy offers a space to process these challenges, explore your identity, and build confidence in owning all parts of yourself—without the pressure to conform.
Therapy for Women’s Issues & Boundaries
When you’re a woman of color navigating professional ambition, relationships, and cultural expectations, it’s easy to feel stretched too thin, emotionally drained, or pressured to prove yourself.
We’ll work together to unpack the intersection of gender, race, and mental health—so you can show up fully in all areas of your life without feeling depleted.
Therapy for Self-Esteem & Taking Up Space
You’ve always been the reliable one, the one who holds things together. But when it comes to advocating for yourself, setting boundaries, or taking up space, something holds you back.
Therapy will help you break free from people-pleasing, release the need for external validation, and build deep, unshakable confidence in yourself.
Therapy for Breakups & Relationship Recovery
A breakup isn’t just the end of a relationship—it’s often a reckoning with who you thought you were, what you thought your future looked like, and what you actually want for yourself.
Therapy will help you process the loss, identify relationship patterns, and rebuild your confidence—so your next chapter is one where you feel whole, grounded, and fully in control of your own happiness.

What can I expect in the first Individual Therapy session?
The cornerstone of an effective therapy journey is a good assessment. We will spend the first one or two sessions talking about your history and clarifying any symptoms you may have. I want to get a good understanding of where you’re coming from. Having this insight lets me see how you interact with the world around you and how it impacts you in return. Don’t worry if you’re not sure where the source of your issues is coming from. I have a set of follow-up evaluations I like to use to hone in on your symptoms that will help direct us in the right direction.
